Karo is the Founder and Director of BluBridge Properties, where he leads the acquisition, structuring and delivery of property development and investment projects across the UK.
With a background in software engineering, he brings a data-driven, disciplined and analytical approach to real estate, underpinned by a strong focus on value creation, risk management and execution. His transition into property was driven by a clear strategy: to identify underutilised assets and unlock value through structured development and repositioning.
At BluBridge, Karo is responsible for overseeing the full development lifecycle, from sourcing and underwriting opportunities, through to planning, delivery and exit. His approach centres on selecting projects with clear fundamentals, ensuring that each opportunity is supported by a defined strategy for value creation and capital preservation.
He has experience across a range of asset types, including residential conversions, HMOs, new builds and supported living accommodation. This breadth of exposure enables BluBridge to operate across both development-led and income-focused strategies, particularly in sectors aligned with long-term demand such as specialist housing.
